Property managers live inside their software all day, and most of what they need from it is a sentence away: which units are vacant, what a tenant owes, who is fixing the leak in 4B. The assistant that answers those questions and gets the work done should live inside the product they already use, not in another tab.

Evidence first. An assistant that guesses is worse than none. Every answer Orrin gives is grounded in the vendor’s own documentation and records and shows its sources, so a leasing agent can check it in one click. When it cannot find the answer it says so, and that unanswered question becomes a signal for the vendor’s documentation team.

Confirmation first. Software that acts on a sentence has to earn trust one change at a time. Nothing is written without a preview and a yes from the person who asked, sensitive actions need a typed word, and every action goes to an audit log the vendor owns. I would rather ship three writes that are safe than thirty that are not.

This site follows the same rule. It shows no numbers Orrin has not measured, no logos without written permission and no badges Orrin does not hold. What you see is what exists: a plan, a demo application with sample data, and design partner slots for two or three property management software vendors who want an assistant in their product without building an AI team.
